A Mission kite is made to last, and to be repaired rather than thrown away. If something goes wrong, we take it from there directly.

Against defects

Every kite is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. [Warranty period to be confirmed, for example 2 years.]

◹ Inspection

Checked before shipping

Nothing leaves the workshop without inspection and inflation. That is the best warranty: heading off the problem before it happens.

◹ After-sales

Repair, not replace

In the event of a break or wear, we favour repair. You talk directly to the team, not to an anonymous service desk.

◹ Care

Make your kite last

Rinse with fresh water, dry in the shade, store dry. The P40 Dyneema composite membrane holds its shape and its colours over time.
