Behind every Rafale, a place and a pair of hands. Our kites don't come from a white-label catalogue: they are designed, cut, assembled and inspected by a real team, in our own workshop.
We believe a performance brand has nothing to hide. This is where our kites are born, who builds them, and how. Every kite is designed in France and made in Sri Lanka, where our production team follows each step, from cutting to the last stitch.
That level of exactness is what lets us work technical cloths such as the P40, a UHMWPE + PET film composite with aramid X-Ply reinforcement, and check every assembly step.
Every kite follows the same path, no shortcuts.
The profile, the reinforcements and the balance are defined and simulated before a single cut. Engineering first.
The P40 cloth (Dyneema® composite) is cut to the closest tolerance, panel by panel, for a profile true to the plan.
Assembly, double layer at the wingtips and reinforcements set by hand, at the critical zones.
Every kite is inspected and inflated before it ships. Nothing leaves the workshop without validation.
