Every kite is prepared, inspected and shipped with care. Here is how delivery, tracking and returns work.
Insured, tracked parcel, packed in the Rafale bag. Shipping for a Rafale kite: €15 in France (international: rate shown at checkout). Apparel: €3.50 in France, €12 internationally. For the founding series, delivery is scheduled for late January 2027 (indicative date, depending on production progress).
Tracking number the moment it leaves the workshop, and a direct line to the team from start to finish.
A pre-order is paid in full, online by card (Stripe), to reserve your unit. If delivery is more than two weeks late, you can cancel and get a full refund.
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, with no reason needed. The kite must be returned complete and in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense. Refund within 14 days (see our terms of sale, in French).
